The timeless question that everyone asks themselves all of the time; i know i do! Its a question that lets fear take over and procrastination to kick in and what we want to achieve is put on hold because its "not the right time."
This can be taken to anything in life, but today we are going to take it to real estate. The old age myth about Spring being the best time to sell or buy is that just a myth. Would you like to be like everyone else as a seller and go on the market with everyone else that has waited for the snow to melt here in MN and take beautiful pictures of their homes with the beautiful green grass and March rains or do you take pictures of your home in one of the best times of the year; winter. The snow blankets your home, your fire place is lit up, glowing in the background, and no one wants to freeze walking in negative temperatures just to see how pretty your wallpaper is, because they are remodeling and are considering using your same color scheme.
When there is less competition in the marketplace and only serious buyers and sellers; deals get done a lot quicker and more win, win situations are created. Everyone is focused on their end result of either selling or buying a home and actually pay attention to market values and make educated financial decisions.
The best time to do something is now, because if you put it off or wait for that right time; it will never happen.

This is about more than real estate. It is about your life and your dreams.
