I was never afraid of bees until I got stung! I now have an intense fear of them. I was doing a showing for a client and all of a sudden they were everywhere! Now I can't even be around them. It makes my husband laugh and people tease me
about it all the time. Especially now that we have moved into the fall. It
seems everywhere I am the bees are right there with me.
I feel like this can be the same with people who have had a
negative experience with buying or selling a home. All it takes is a good sting
and the pain lingers. I have recently spoken to a few people who are hesitant
to work with a realtor as they search for their new home, because of a bad past
experience. This is truly sad for me to hear. Having a realtor helping you in
your search not only opens doors to properties you may not have known were
available, but it also protects you and your interests. Its important you have someone in your corner ready to fight for you. I would encourage anyone who has been looking to purchase or
sell a home in the near future to interview your prospective agents! You hire
them! Let them tell you what they will
do for you in your search. Also if there
is anyone out there that just has questions please feel free to let me know! I
